However, some situations will require certain conditions to
be met so we can resolve the problem.

30 day money back guarantee:
If, for any reason you no longer require your item[s], simply
return them within 30 days (along with the certificate and
other materials) to us in its original condition (where new)
or a re-saleable condition where antique. We will refund
the purchase price within 30 days but postage will not be
refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Problems with item:
If, there is a problem with your order please contact us within
14 days of receipt to receive help or to obtain a CUSTOMER
RETURNS NUMBER which must be enclosed with your items. Please
notify us by email or phone before you send the items so
we know they are on the way. Don’t forget to include
your name and address.
If, the items are damaged then Treasures TV will replace or
refund the items once returned to Treasures TV. We will also
refund the cost of return postage.
Exchange
If, you return items and would like to exchange them for an
alternative (either another example of the same, or other
items entirely) then we will credit the full purchase price
of the items you are returning. We do not refund the original
postage cost, however, we will send out the new items free
of delivery charge.
Errors in Order
If, we make an error in the items you receive then we will
pay the return postage and deliver the correct items to you
at our expense.
We are not responsible for insuring items in transit back
to Treasures TV and it is your responsibility to ensure that
returns are returned in appropriate protective packaging. We
would strongly recommend that you obtain a free certificate
of posting or recorded delivery service if the value of the
item is more than [£50] from your Post Office if the
items are not returned by insured postage. We regret that we
cannot be held liable for returned parcels which are lost or
damaged in the post.
Please note we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to
us by hand.
Cooling Off Period:
Your statutory rights entitle you to cancel any order within
7 days of receipt in writing. If this is the case we ask
you to write to our address at Treasures TV. Unit 18, Swan
Vale Estate, Colchester Road, Witham, Essex, CM8 3DH or advise
us by email returns@treasures.tv or
fax 0870 487 3367. The items must be returned
to us within 7 days of cancellation at your expense. If it
is not received then any cost to recover the items will be
deducted from the refund you may receive. This does not affect
your statutory rights.
Please note that this does not apply to DVD sales where the
DVD packaging has been unsealed. The 7 days cooling off
period for DVD’s applies only if the DVD packaging remains
sealed.
