The story of Iva Toguri, a U.S. citizen who broadcast Japanese propaganda to U.S. troops over radio in World War II. Known as "Tokyo Rose," Toguri was convicted of treason in 1949 and imprisoned, but was pardoned by President Ford in 1977.
